Melt-in-the-mouth Bacon & Cranberry
Infusion
Ingredients:

● 16 oz kale (chopped).
● 12 oz bacon (smoked).
● 3 oz butter.
● 2 oz walnuts.
● ½ cup cranberries (frozen).

Instructions:

● Heat butter in a large frying pan and fry bacon until crisp and brown.
● Add kale and fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
● Turn off heat, add cranberries and walnuts; stir 2-3 minutes.
● Serve immediately.

Salmon & Lemon Butter Infusion
Ingredients:

● 32 oz salmon (fresh).
● 7 oz butter.
● 1 lemon.
● 1 tbsp olive oil.
● 1 tsp sea salt.

Instructions:

● Preheat oven at 200 degrees.


● Using olive oil, grease a large ovenproof dish. Place salmon in dish, skin side down and
season with salt.
● Slice lemon into thin slices and cover the salmon with lemon slices (save two slices for
lemon butter).
● Using half of the butter, cut into thin slices and place over lemon.
● Bake for 20-25 minutes until salmon easily flakes.
● Heat remaining butter in a pan until melted. Allow to slightly cool, then gently stir in a
little lemon juice.
● Place salmon on a serving plate and pour over lemon butter.

Tastebud Tingling Turkey With Charming
Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:

● 24 oz turkey breast.
● 7 oz cream cheese.
● 2 cups whipping cream.
● 2 tbsp butter.
● 1 tbsp soy sauce.

Instructions:

● Preheat oven at 175 degrees.


● Melt butter in a large frying pan and fry turkey until golden brown all over.
● Pour turkey and juices into an ovenproof dish and bake until cooked through.
● Place turkey on a plate (cover with foil) and pour juices into a saucepan.
● Add cream and cream cheese to the saucepan, stirring continuously, bring to a light boil
and allow the sauce to thicken; stir in soy sauce.
● Drizzle sauce over the turkey and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

● 10 oz chicken thighs (boneless).


● 9 oz broccoli (into small pieces).
● 4 oz butter.
● 1 tbsp chilli flakes.
● Salt and pepper.

Instructions:

● Heat half of the butter in a large frying pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper; fry 5-6
minutes on both sides until cooked through and browned.
● Add remaining butter to pan and fry broccoli for 2-3 minutes with the chicken; stir in chilli
flakes.

Ingredients:

● 3 oz minced beef.
● 2 large eggs.
● 2 oz cheddar cheese (grated).
● Handful of Iceberg lettuce (chopped).
● Half cucumber (skinned and chopped).

Instructions:

● Preheat oven at 200 degrees.


● Fry beef in a frying pan until cooked through.
● Place the beef in a small ovenproof dish; spoon two holes in the centre and crack an egg
into each hole.
● Sprinkle over cheddar cheese and bake 15-20 minutes until eggs are completely
cooked.
● Serve on a bed of lettuce and cucumber.

Meatballs
Ingredients:

● 24 oz beef (minced).
● 4 oz mozzarella (sliced into 10 pieces).
● 1 tbsp basil (dried).
● 2 tbsp cold water.
● 1 tbsp butter.

Instructions:

● In a large bowl, mix together beef, basil and cold water.


● Shape into 10 flat circles, approximately ½ inch thick.
● Place a mozzarella slice in the centre of each circle; close together to form a ball.
● Heat butter in a frying pan and fry meatballs until juices run clear.

Ingredients:

● 10 oz beef (minced).
● 8 oz broccoli (chopped).

Instructions:

● Heat half of the butter in a large frying pan, brown beef until almost cooked through.
● Lower heat and add remaining butter, season with paprika and chilli. Stir in broccoli and
fry 4-5 minutes.
