Operation plan :

An operation plan is an extremely detail oriented plan that clearly


defines how a team or department contributes to reaching
company goals. 
Team or department works hard to get its goals and following
steps are playing Major role in the operations plan. 
Regular team meeting :
According to our project Dream Wedding regular team meetings
are very necessary for team bonding and for doing good things so
that no clashes will occur during the events. 
Allocating responsibility :
Everyone should have some responsibilities. If someone is the
event Manager he must need to know what role that he's going to
play. Every person who is on duty must have some
responsibilities, he needs to work hard to do them well. 
Revising position Description :
Managers are responsible for everything that happens in any
event. He is looking at everything. He told employees that is the
thing which they have to do and in this way. He looks at the
employees whether they are doing their work well or not. 
Providing training to staff :
Good management is the only way to run this business Dream
wedding. If our staff is not good it's the manager 's responsibility
that he should look at them and train them. 
For example : As we all know, food is love for Gujranwala peoples
so we must be sure that it will definitely be good, delicious. But if
the staff is not good we can't run this business so it's Manager
responsibility that he should look at everything in the event and if
someone is not good in anything it's her responsibility to train it or
change it. 

1.General approach to operation :


In the general approach to operation 1st we have to write our
business plan. In our business what's the unique and different
thing and why have we started it? 
Dream Wedding events is our business plan and we started it in
Gujranwala only for elite class. The new thing is that there are no
wedding planners in Gujranwala that facilitate everything in one
package with good quality and services. No doubt quality and
services are offered by many planners but our business plan is
"for events, as unique as you".
After writing the business plan we are moving forward with our
services. Services must consist of professional services teams,
customer service teams. Our business Dream wedding is a retail
operation. Because we are selling, providing our services
activities on a daily basis directly to our customers. 

Services operation :
Our object must be clear that we are providing to our customers.
Activities that we were be delivering must be have good quality
high standards. Our performance in every segment must be high
level. Our staff must be qualified and trained. Our instrument,
food, decor, photography skills, designer, makeup everything will
be the perfect according to the demands of our the customers.

Now we have a proper destination wedding plan. The exact location of
our project is near the Executive Marque in Gujarat.
