Our vision is to be the best restaurant who serves quality chicken and fries
with our outstanding service, and all local farmers to live prosperously.

Mission

Our mission is to help local farmers to live prosperously by offering on our

menu’s different dishes, mainly of chicken and fries, which ingredients we
bought from them, and partner it with our outstanding service to provide the
best customer experience.
PART I

BRAND NAME
Chick ‘n Fries is a brand we have chosen to highlight our main product
which is chicken and fries.

LOGO
The simplicity of the logo signifies the kind of life our farmers have, and the
chicken and fries along with the brand name highlights our main line of
product. Also included on the bottom part is a tag line, which showcase the
quality of food that we offer.
Part II

Product Mix

Chick ‘n Fries offer three main lines of products. A variety of flavors of

chicken, different flavors of fries, and different varieties of drinks.

Product Item

First, chicken will be served fresh from the fryer, with a crunchy skin and
juicy flesh, and will have different flavors depending on the customers
preference.
Next, just like our chicken, our fries will also be served fresh from the fryer,
and will also have different flavors depending on the customers preference.
Lastly, we will offer different varieties of drinks which includes but not
limited to coffee (hot, cold, frappe, and etc), milk tea, flavored juices,
shakes, and etc.
Part III
Pricing Strategy

Our Pricing objectives:

 Product Quality
 Profit
 Return of Investment

The pricing strategy that I used was competition-oriented pricing because of the
number of competitors who offers the same product. The plan is to offer a high
quality of product on a lower price in order to attract more customers. This may
result to be a customer’s preference due to lower price but with a high quality of
product. In the long run, the price will increase progressively until we rich the
target price where, we will be able to cover the cost of the product and at the
same time to earn a profit, then shift to Target ROI pricing eventually.
