 Guideline for Participant:
• The conference event uses the Zoom meeting platform.
• The participants are required to rename their Zoom ID account
according to the committee’s rules.
• Format id participants : Name_Institution (ex Elsa
Firyanza_IPB)
• The participants will obtain a new virtual background that can
be used while the event is taking place.
• The meeting ID and Password of the event are personal. The
participants are requested not to share the link with other

parties.
The participants are required to mute their microphone (audio)
GENERAL
until MC or Moderator inform the participants to open the mic.
• Chat feature will be opened during Q&A session. Limited chat is
available to host and co host during all session
• The participants are expected to attend the opening and closing
session of the event as well.

 Guideline for Participant:
• The parallel session’s duration is 120 minutes.
• The parallel session will be guided by the moderator and two
Panelists.
• The participants are required to turn on their video mode
during the parallel session
• Each presenter has maximum time of 15 minutes to present
his/her paper.
• The participants can ask questions to the presenter via chat
room or ask directly, as the moderator give the instruction.
PARALLEL
• Questions from the chat room will be displayed on Q&A slide
(the question format is To:... Question:...)
SESSION
• For live questions, the participants can click the “raise hand”
icon, and please wait until the moderator allows the
participants to ask questions.

 Guideline for Participant:

• Zoom room is opened starting from 12.30 PM Jakarta

time (GMT+7). The committee will check participants list
during this time before admitting participants into
plenary session.
• The participants are expected to join the meeting room
at the latest time of 12.55 PM Jakarta time (GMT+7).
The plenary session is started at 1.00 PM (GMT + 7).

recording, they must attend as the listener in the all
sessions.
