What is a narrative paragraph

A narrative paragraph tells a story from your life so well that the reader feels like they were there at
the time of the event.

A narrative paragraph :

Topic sentence:

 Give the readers some background information, it introduces the main character of the story
-YOU- and then, it gives some idea of what will happen in the story.

Supporting sentence :

 These sentences tell the story by explaining the sequence of the event. Also they give
sensory detail ( ex: sight, hearing, taste ) as well how the writer felt during the event.

Concluding sentence :

 This sentence finishes the story. It often shares what was important about the experience or
what the writer learned from the experience.

Topic sentence :
This is the first sentence of the paragraph. This gives the reader some information background, it
introduces the main character of the story -YOU- and then, it gives some idea of what will happen in
the story.

Examples : One of the best lessons I ever learned about friendship actually happened later in life.
