4. Validity
4.1 Applicable Services

If the services are not required by the employee, Delivery Hero


will not provide another benefit/service lieu of this. For
relocation services/benefits which are not needed by the
employee, no cash compensation will be given by Delivery
Hero. If the services are not used within 6 months of arrival,
they will no longer be offered.

4.2 Loss of Entitlement

If the employee voluntarily leaves the company or in the event


of giving notice of termination with a cause by the employer
within 1 year, the employee must pay back the relocation
bonus. For each month of employment, the employee is
released from 1/12 of the total repayment amount. Costs of
already used services will not be charged to the employee.

5. Final Provisions
If one or more provisions of this guideline should be
ineffective, this shall not affect the rest of the provisions.
This guideline shall remain in effect unless declared invalid or
replaced by a new guideline.
