EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE AMONG HEIRS

WITH SIMULTANEOUS DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS:

This Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate among heirs with Deed of Donation of
undivided share of inheritance, entered into by and among KIMBO, of legal age,
married to ABUBAKAR MUNTASIR, Filipino, and a resident of Katibpuan, Talayan,
Maguindanao, Philippines, and MUSLIMA , also of legal age, married to KEMBO
PAGALAO, Filipino, and a resident of Katibpuan, Talayan, Maguindanao,
Maguindanao, Philippines, do hereby declare and manifest, to wit:

That the above named parties are the surviving legal heirs of the late, that died
many years ago at Damablak, Datu Piang, Cotabato now Talayan, Maguindanao;

That during the lifetime of the said deceased, he left a parcel of land together
with all existing improvements found therein situated at Barrio of Bagan, Municipality of
Datu Piang, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, more particularly described as
follows, to wit:

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No.

“A parcel of land known as Lot No. 2083, Pls-586, situated in the Barrio of
Damablak, Municipality of Datu Piang, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao,
containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE (8,953)
SQUARE METERS, more or less, covered by OCT No.

That to the best of knowledge and information of the parties hereto, said
deceased left no debts;

That the parties hereby these presents adjudicate as they hereby adjudicate to
themselves the above described property being the surviving heirs of the late
DEED OF DONATION

Further that we hereby divide and adjudicate to ourselves being the legal heirs
of the Late the said parcel of land with all the personal properties found therein; we
hereby voluntarily and freely gives, transfer and convey, by way of donation, the above
described REAL PROPERTY unto also of legal age, Filipino, and with postal and office
address at Darapanan, Sultan Mastura, Maguindanao, Philippines, his heirs executors
and assigns, all of the right, title and interest which said DONOR has in the real property
for the construction of the Housing Project, together with all the improvements found
therein, free from all lines and encumbrances and charges of whatsoever nature;
