Charging the battery by TA.

Check the Battery Voltage. If its voltage level is extremely low(under 3.0V),
Is it more than 3.8V?
Change the battery.

Power-on the phone and

check the power-on sound Yes
Change the LCD
or motor Vibration.
Sound or Vibration is ok?

Check the PWR_KEY Resolder or replace TAC500
(soldering crack, open, etc)
