● Purpose Of Work : Supplying the lube oil from main oil tank to each steam turbine’s and
generator’s bearing through oil cooler and oil filter.

1. Main Oil Pump Operation (A: Control Room, B: Local)


Order Of Operations How To Work With Safety /
Environment
(1) Oil quality (If necessary, operate the oil
1)Check Before OP (B) purifier.) BRK input
(2) Lube oil tank temperature [TE- electrical shock
caution
MAV10CT001, TG-MAV10CT501]> 10 °C
(In case that oil temperature < 10 °C, start
the main oil tank heater.)
(3) Oil level of main oil tank (If insufficient, fill it
up.) [LG-MAV10CL501, LT-MAV10CL001]
Flow back oil level.
(4) Main oil tank drain valve· [MAV10AA401,
402] Fully close
(5) Main oil tank sampling port valve

checking the quality of oil)
(6) Main oil tank inlet valve for oil portable

(7) Main oil tank vapor extraction return line

(01/02 MAV21CP201,211) ≦*4.6 BarG due to the rotor
Stand-by MOP & EOP start autmatically.(*:
Setting value corresponds to4.2 BarG at
T/G center.)
4. Main oil tank level (01/02 MAV10CL001)
≧NOL +50 mm (H), ≦NOL -50 mm (L).
- Confirm that there is no lube oil leakage.
If any leakage is found out, repair it.
- Confirm that main oil tank drain valve is
closed.
- Fill the tank with lube oil up to permissible
level.

4) MOP stop(A)
1.Control Room stop
Control Room Auto stop (After Stand by start)
Control Room Man’ stop

Choose Main Oil Pump
- In Sub window, Choose Man’ stop
