Create the ability to easily track and report out the resource allocation across all teams.

Problem Statement
At this point in time we have no consistent way to track how many resources are allocated to certain efforts.
In order to make better budgeting decisions, it is crucial to gain insight into resource allocation in order to
 Ensure proper funding of efforts
 Gain insights into investments
 improve resource forecasting

Personas
 Annika the SVP / Business Analyst – I want to see the current resource allocation across the
organization.
 Sven the Manager – I want to allocate my team to certain projects.

Use Cases

 Sven is able to enter the resource allocation of his team against a set of predefined projects.

 If it is a new project, Sven is able to simply request that project to be added.

 Sven can easily see the team’s allocation against a set of projects.
 Annika is able to select a project and see how much HC is allocated to that project by
