Company Overview :

Mr.Tour& Guide is a company which specializes in small, escorted luxury tour


packages for discriminating clients. It will operate from two bases to better serve
customers across the country: one in Goa; the other in Delhi. The founders and
employees of Mr.Tour & Guide are experienced travelers and travel professionals
and Guides who are knowledgeable, capable and passionate about the services
Mr.Tour & Guide will promote and offer.

Within the growing travel industry, MTG will focus on the niche market of luxury
travel.Its primary clients are individuals, couples and affinity groups of
high-net-worth who travel for leisure at least once per year.

Question 2 : All revenue Expected in an year of Operations?

Ans:

Our Website will help our customers to save valuable time in planning for
holidays with our luxurious pre planned different holiday packages with 24*7
Guidance.
● MTG will sell the benefits of the services it promotes and the luxury tours it
offers which will include:
● Commision from Partners Firms from whom we promote their services like
Hotels, Stars Restaurants etc.
● Our Service Charges which include : Profit percentage in Holiday Package.
● 24*7 Guide Charges if they select it while booking Packages.

Initial Motive is not to maximize profits on any individual sale, but to satisfy the
client as doing so will help in Word of Mouth promotion and increase profits in the
long run.
Question 3 : Break Even Point of the Company ?

Answers:

Total Investment in the Company( Fixed Cost) : Rs.15,00,000.


Sales Revenue = Goa Package for couple from Malta( For Example) =
200000-250000
All cost in one Tour Package ( Transportations, Hotel Charge, Flight Charges)
-150000

Total Profit = 50000

Break Even Point = Fixed Cost / Total profit

= 200000/50000 = 20
So, in 20 Tour Packages we will be able to achieve Break Even Point
