NOTICE FOR WALK IN INTERVIEW

WALK IN Interview is invited from willing MBBS Doctors for the below mentioned posts as per terms of reference
noted here in.

Terms of reference of recruitment of Medical Officer Full Time NUHM (Contractual)

1. VACANCY-1 (UR) AT DIAMOND HARBOUR MUNICIPALITY UPHC SOUTH 24 PARGANAS

2. Monthly Contractual Remuneration: Rs. 40000/- PER MONTH
3. Qualification Required- essential: MBBS recognised by WBMC/MCI
4. Maximum Age – Not exceeding 63 years (Sixty Three Years)
5. Engagement Authority: Committee for Selection of Contractual Employees in Diamond Harbour Health
District vide HFW/NHM-521/2015/1938 dated 10.06.2016 issued by Principal secretary, Government of
West Bengal
6. Selection Procedure- Selection upon Academic Records and Experience. NO WRITTEN TEST WILL BE
CONDUCTED.
TOTAL MARKS 100
A. Marks in MBBS – 80 MARKS (Proportionate Marking according to percentage of Marks Obtained in Final
examination)
B. Experience- Additional- 10 Marks
C. Post Graduate Degree Holders- additional 10 marks
D. Post Graduate Diploma Holders- Additional 10 Marks

Terms of reference of recruitment of General Duty Medical Officer Full Time NUHM (Contractual)

1. VACANCY-10 (Ten)
2. At Various Delivery Points under Jurisdiction of Diamond harbour Health District ( DIAMOND HARBOUR
SUB DIVISION & KAKDWIP SUB DIVISION)
3. Monthly Contractual Remuneration: Rs. 40000/- PER MONTH
4. Qualification Required- Essential: MBBS recognised by WBMC/MCI
5. Maximum Age – Not exceeding 64 years (Sixty Four Years)
6. Engagement Authority: Committee for Selection of Contractual Employees in Diamond Harbour Health
District vide HFW/NHM-521/2015/1938 dated 10.06.2016 issued by Principal secretary, Government of
West Bengal
7. Selection Procedure- Selection upon Academic Records and Experience. NO WRITTEN TEST WILL BE
CONDUCTED.
TOTAL MARKS 100
A. Marks in MBBS – 80 MARKS (Proportionate Marking according to percentage of Marks
Obtained in Final examination)
B. Experience- Additional- 10 Marks
C. Interview-10 Marks.

 All the above Posts of Medical Officer will be filled up by Walk-in Interview at the Office of the CMOH,
Diamond harbour Health District, PO & PS- Diamond harbour, Pin-743331 (Hospital campus Diamond
Harbour District Hospital on 22/09/2016 at 11.30 a.m. onwards.

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearance in the interview.

Mere satisfaction of the Criteria as per terms of Reference entitles the candidate to apply but does not
warrant recruitment.

All applicants has to report to the above mentioned venue at least 30 minutes prior to the time schedule
as mentioned along with original mark sheets of MBBS/PG Degree/PG Diploma as applicable and original
testimonials.

Proforma Application provided at day of interview must be corroborated by original testimonials. A

single candidate is allowed to appear for all three categories of posts advertised as above. However
when selected, he /she will be selected under only one category as above.

Appointment will be purely contractual in nature for a period not exceeding eleven months and further
extension at the end of the term subject to satisfactory performance. Service is terminable from either
side with one month’s notice. After selection the candidate has to join within seven days after execution
of an Agreement as per prescribed proforma with the CMOH, Diamond Harbour Health District.
