➢ Preparation of BEP, that includes the following work

a) Expertise in preparation of Process flow diagram (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
b) Expertise in Material balance
c) Expertise in performing Energy balance
d) Expertise in preparation of Process data sheets (PDS) for pumps, tanks, vessels & heat exchangers
e) Expertise in preparation of instrument list, line list, electrical drive list, interlocks & alarm list.
f) Expertise in utility sizing and calculations
g) Expertise in line sizing & selection.
h) Expertise in pump hydraulics calculation
i) Control valve sizing for liquids and gases

k) Expertise in logic preparation for automation of the plant

➢ Conducting plant trials so as to generate scale up data.

➢ Multiple-effect Evaporator (250 KL/day)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.

• Sound knowledge of Aspen HYSYS and UniSim design.
