Welcome to Gardner Resources Consulting (GRC). We are excited to have you and your company on board. In
order to make payments to your company easier and faster, we ask you to take a few minutes to read this letter
where you will find GRC guidelines to pay invoices.

QUICK OVERVIEW:
- Our work weeks run Sunday - Saturday; weeks end on Saturdays.
- We do not accept invoices for hours that have not yet been approved.
- We only accept invoices after the week has closed (Saturday of week worked) and time has been
approved.- Invoices are paid upon the terms in the contract

GRC tracks time for consultants on a weekly basis and our week ending dates are based on the Saturday date of
that week. For example, look at the calendar below, the last Friday of the month falls on March 27th so the
week ending on March 28th should be included on the invoice for the month of March.

Note that the month of March ends on Tuesday, March 31st.

The next week ends on the following Saturday, April 4th, so the week ending on April 4th should be included
on the invoice for the month of April.

Example 1 - John Smith works for XWZZ Inc. and is contracted through GRC. He sends his invoices to GRC every
month. For the month of March, John worked 40 hours per week. Here is the break down:

Note that the invoice has all full weeks in the month of March (four weeks). All weeks end on Saturdays.
John does not include the two business days in the next week (Monday, March 30th and Tuesday March 31st),
even though he is sending an invoice for the month of March. John Smith is following GRC guidelines, because he
sends invoices on a monthly basis. The week ending 04/03 (which includes March 30th and 31st) would be
included on April’s invoice.
GRC also accepts single week invoices. Typically our consultants work on business days (Monday through Friday)
and they work 40 hours per week. However, some projects may require extra work hours during the week and
even on the weekends. The next example shows how to proceed when a consultant works on non business days
(weekends and holidays).

Invoicing:
GRC is requesting that all Contractors are placed on the SAME invoice. All consultants' timesheets must be
submitted and approved before the invoice is sent to finance@grgc.com. *Timesheets need to be sent to
hours@grgc.com. It is your responsibility to ensure that we recieve timesheets on a timely basis; we will not
accept invoices that include un-approved time.

**INVOICES SHOULD ALSO BE DATED MONDAY AFTER THE WEEK ENDING.**

Payment terms:
GRC always pays its consultants based on the net term that was agreed in the contract, regardless if it is a weekly
or monthly invoice. For example, if a consultant has 30 days net term payment, GRC will pay within 30 days after
the date invoice is received.

Payment methods:
GRC consultants can receive payments by check or ACH (electronic payments). Payments by ACH are usually the
fastest way. If you choose to receive payments by ACH you must fill out our ACH PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
FORM.
