INTRODUCTION Positions used for comfort are one of the important aspects in nursing intervention. Nurses caring for client
in many setting and situations can adapt various comfortable positions, to provide them a comfortable stay.
Moreover, different positions are used for physical examinations so that the body parts are accessible and

Patient positioning involves properly maintaining a patient’s neutral
body alignment by preventing hyperextension and extreme lateral
rotation to prevent complications of immobility and injury.
Positioning patients is an essential aspect of nursing practice and a
responsibility of the registered nurse. In surgery, specimen collection,
or other treatments, proper patient positioning provides optimal
exposure of the surgical/treatment site and maintenance of the

settings, positioning patie5nts provide airway management T-using power

PRESENTER VIEW ON TOPIC

8 Patient positioning is vital to a safe and effective Medical surgical
procedure. Proper patient positioning depends on the type and length of
procedure, anesthesia access to the patient, devices required and other
factors. Safely positioning the patient is a team effort. All members of the
surgical team play a significant role in the process and share responsibility
for establishing and maintaining the correct patient positions. 1,2

Summary:-Positioning is an organized system for finding windows in the mind. It is based on the
concept that communication can only take place at the right time and under the right
circumstances.” “The easy way to get into a person's mind is to be first.”
Conclusion ;-  positioning should be done on the basis of information, including market analysis and an
assessment of your current position, and comprehensive research of the customers’ needs. The foundation of
positioning is the idea that you broadcast. This research enables you to choose the relevant positioning method and
develop the proper strategy.

Assignment: write assignment on Different type of positioning and submit me after 3 days.

Evaluation: evaluate through asking question regarding topic.
