agent for the sole purpose of filing the O-1B
visa petition for Ms. Alicia Camina Gines; and

artist, saxophonist intend to contract with Ms.
Alicia Camina Gines for our projects during
October 18, 2022 till December 17, 2022 so that
she may provide her elite and nationally and
internationally acclaimed guest artist,
saxophonist for us during and throughout this
period as requested.

I am very much hopeful that the present O-1B filing


will be approved for Ms. Alicia Camina Gines, as Ms.
Camina Gines is indeed, in my opinion, a world-class,
top-echelon music talent and I, Olivia Pérez
Collellmir, would benefit greatly from securing her
