1 Mobilization of Manpower  Lack of site awareness 3C  Manpower will be transported to the site using buses
and equipment on the site that meet Saudi Aramco standard, A/C working, Safety
belt fitted for each passenger.
 Require Safety Induction to new workers prior to start
any work in the site. Moreover Safety talk shall be
conducted to explain JSA with all participants before
work on daily basis.
 Train all employees on TCF traffic management plan
and requirements.
 Interaction with Light & heavy  Follow speed limit 80kmph on temporary access road,
Vehicles 40kmph on internal project access road and 20kmph on
site.
 Head lights to be turn on when on the move.
 Hazard lights to be turn on when vehicle is temporary
stopped along the side of the highway.
 No reverse parking allowed for all equipment and
vehicle to be parked “Drive in / Drive out” system.
 No worker will be allowed to walk on the project
roads.

 Adverse Road condition  Not to take any unwanted risk during shifting.
 Plan ahead for the route and always be alert for any
consequences.
 Get a map and use and use alternative route for better
road condition.
 Presence of mind while behind the wheel and expect
the unexpected. Make eye contact with other
commuters.

the wires in the panel box

effective means to cut all the test supplies if there is an
emergency.
4 Electrical Equipment Repair  Arc flash 3C  Identify & confirm the switch gear feeding electrical power to

 Burns  Make sure the panels are properly isolated and LOTO
 Fire applied.
 Improper closure of panel  Personnel should wear FRC when working.
 Personnel should wear heavy duty gloves as per the work
requirement.
 All electrical portable tools should be double insulated and
inspection color coded.
 Keep the area free of unwanted materials and combustibles.
 Acquire proper permit with required counter signature from
all relevant parties.
 Make sure the panel is properly and safely closed before
restarting the power supply.

7 Housekeeping  Uncleaned area 2C  Promptly clean and dispose all the debris from work.
 Scattered materials  Keep the materials in a tidy manner during and after work
 Trips  Do not keep extension cords in a scattered manner, if
passing through walking aisles or road proper protection to
take wither lift it over head or keep inside the sleeve.
