Halo: Point of Light Spoilers

Chapters 1-2
-Story begins with Rion going to Sonata in the Helice-12 system and riding a
Mongoose to where her mother Laine is to inform her of John Forge's passing
-Laine reveals she already assumed and made peace with John's passing long ago
-Laine doesn't want to hear about how John died, causing Rion to sternly remind her
what he died for
-16-year old boy steps in the home and greets Rion as his "big sister" before going
out. Laine reveals indirectly she was pregnant when Rion was away (Rion last saw
her mom in 2542; last contact 2546)
-Rion confronts her mom over not informing her of her brother; Laine reasons even
if she did, she would've still stayed away and did a repeat of what her own father
did to Laine
-Deciding to leave, Rion meets her brother again. They talk about family and the
Mongoose before the boy - revealing his name to be Cayce - states there is an ONI
outpost in Lanchessa tracking her right now
Chapter 3
-Some guy named Lowell is alerted and controls one of three Bullet mini stealth
drones planted around the Forge home and tags Rion's ATV. HIJACK Protocol first
mentioned
Chapter 4
-Emerald Cove, after a long time in canon not appearing, revealed to have emerged
unscathed from the war, albeit suffering a drought and a government collapsing;
also revealed to be located in the Alpha Imura system
-Niko present and off on fulfilling a deal with Bex on slipspace capacitors within
the month
Chapter 5
-On the way back from Sonata, Rion and Spark talk about her reunion and the
Librarian-related dreams the former has been having since leaving Mt. Kilimijaro
Chapter 6
-Lessa contemplates leaving the Ace's crew to go to college
-Key recovered by Rion revealed to have an icon belonging to Zeta Halo; Rion
decides going there
Chapter 7
-Spark recollects everything he and his crew went through and how his imprint came
to be; anomalous signal detected
Chapter 8
-Ace arrives at Ephsu system, where Installation 07 is. The Halo's defended by two
Halberd destroyers and a freighter. After taking in the sight of the ring
(unusually located next to a regular planet rather than a gas giant), they look for
the Cartographer.
Chapter 9
-Spark finds out I07 no longer has the debris, wreckage, etc. that was present from
the last time he was there; original name of Halo given (Gyre 11)
-There are 3416 Human lifeforms on the ring; 3000 of them are military while the
rest are just scientists. Hundreds of drones are also present doing geography work
and looking for control and power centers.
-I07 Monitor name revealed to be Despondent Pyre
