    Fot the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials, employees and others
    concemed, attached is the full text of Philippine Statistics Authority (?SA) Advisory dated NIay 19,
    2027 with subject "Philippine Identification (PhilID) Cards as the Official Proof of Identity for
    Transactions with Govemment and Private Entities".

    A1l concerned are hereby enjoined to be guided accordingly and give this Circular a wide
    publicity as possible.
