Scope includes Unloading / Loading / Handling / Transportation of all piping items to work site / fabrication yard / Laydown area ; fabrication including cutting, edge preparation (inclusive of grinding edge of
piping, fittings, flanges etc. to match with the mating edges of uneven/ different thickness wherever required); fit-up, bending, preheating wherever required, welding, threading and laying of pipes of all types and
thickness over sleepers, overhead on racks and at all elevations, making necessary scaffolding, connecting with equipment and its nozzles, Tie-in-points, Interface points with other contractor and Items supplied by
Package vendors, fixing of gaskets, bolts, nuts, Spectacle blinds, blinds, strainers, orifice assemblies, rota meters, tapping for pressure instruments, thermowells , sample connections etc. & all other inline
instruments and fittings, like elbows, reducers, tees,vents, drains (but excluding reinforcing pads), SW valves up to 1.5" NB, Steam Supply/ Condensate Recovery stations(Cast/Fabricated), Supply & welding of
Strip to all pipes before hydro-testing at exit points of Units for earthing purpose; alignment, cleaning & flushing by water/compressed air, hydrostatic, pneumatic, vacuum, spark testing and any other type of
testing as specified draining, drying by compressed air, i.e completing all such works in all respects as per the specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing Punching with line nos. for each Spools for easy identification. Completing work in all respects (including field routing, if any, of piping up to 1.5"NB wherever required, preparation of fabrication
drawings as specified under scope of work documents).Fabrication, installation and testing of pipe work shall conform to ONGC (Spec No.2007B) Specification and ASME B31.3
