Dear Parents,

To enable you to interact with teachers; to get a feedback from the teachers about
your ward’s performance in term 1 and identify her/ his strengths and weaknesses
we have arranged for an Open House from Early Years - A levels.

Kindly note: Timelines need to be strictly adhered to, whether the Open House is
online or offline. It would be difficult to accommodate late comers.
Online Open house (Grades EY to Class 8):

 Requesting you to be brief so that we can adhere to the timeline.

 Please exit the online classrooms as soon as your session is over, making it
easy for the teachers to attend to other parents.
 If you need more time with the teacher, kindly take an appointment for a PIP
at a later date.
 For classes 1-5: Class teacher interaction will be in the English classroom of
that class & div. Interaction for subject teachers will be in the subject
classroom of that class & div.

Offline Open House (Class 9 to A2):

 Only fully Vaccinated parents will be permitted.

 Fully vaccinated Universal Pass/ vaccination certificate needs to be flashed
when asked for.
 Covid 19 safety protocols (as per BMC guidelines) and Covid appropriate
behaviour will have to be followed as given below
 Thermal, O2 screening at the gates
 Wearing mask on school premises (Carry an extra mask)
 Sanitizing hands regularly
 Maintaining social distance
 Adhere to the schedule given for your respective class & div, late comers will
not be accommodated.
 Report 15 min prior to the given time to complete Covid checks.
 Only 1 parent will be allowed with the student.
 Students should be in uniform/appropriately dressed.
 Entry will be from Gate No. 2, and Exit from Gate No. 3 & 4
