They claim that AC is 2 Ton rated. However, the size of inner unit and outdoor unit are
smaller and exactly same as that of 1.5 Ton Panasonic AC I am already having. I went into
details and found cooling capacity printed as 6100 Watt. If you convert 6100 Watt to ton
capacity, it comes to 1.7 Ton. Anybody can google and find out. Why the description of this
AC says 2 Ton ??? They should stop fooling people.

Also the person who came to install AC was amature. He installed AC without caring for the
aesthetic. All the pipes of outdoor unit are not properly bound together and are visible from
far away. He could have hidden them if he wanted to do proper fittings. Also after couple of
days somebody called to take the review of installation. I informed him about my concern
but he was interested only in 4 digit code I received via SMS. I did not provide it but he said
he was OK if I didn't want to give.

Pathetic experience and did not expect from such a reputed brand.

I bought 3 of these AC's for my home on 4th Aug 2020, they were delivered on 6th Aug, and
installed on 9th Aug (that too because of a local lockdown which impeded the technician to
install them on 7th /8th Aug).

So, naturally the service was flawless . The AC's indoor units have a futuristic form factor.
Looks cool . Connecting them with WIFI was a 5 mins job , and able to control them from
the app as well as Google assistant. The cooling is fabulous, and I dont have any complaints
about noise from the indoor unit. Recommend buying the One Assist 3 yrs protection
package with these as you will get free servicing and repair within 24 hrs, inclusive of 2
service and gas topups.

The installation prices are a scam though. But first let me tell you in my house all the pipes
(including drain pies) are pre laid from the builder and no extra pipe laying charges are
needed.

This is my first Panasonic AC while I own other Panasonic products like microwave and
washing machine. I have ACs from Daikin and Hitachi in other rooms. I must say, this
Panasonic AC is an excellent machine!

I have the 2-ton 5 star verion of this AC. It has a very very compact indoor unit with high-
quality plastics and very little fan noise during operation (even at high fan speed). It
occupies very less space and looks sleek and good! The outdoor unit is on a (very) slightly
larger side but this is to ensure better air circulation, cooling, and ventilation during
operation.

The cooling is just superb! I installed this 2 ton 5-star AC in my hall measuring 23 ft x 12 ft,
i.e. 276 sq. ft. and it cools the hall very quickly (5-10 mins). I was worried at first because a
lot of people told me to go for a 2.2. ton AC, but trust me, this 2 ton AC from Panasonic is
more than enough for my 276 sq. ft. hall.

 The wifi feature also works great. I have easily connected it to Alexa for voice control and
can also operate it using the Panasonic MirAIe app.

I have always been a fan of Japanese products and Panasonic. This AC is perfect for my
living room. And the cooling, well it is beyond my expectation, considering the size of my
room. The product works seemlessly with MirAe and Amazon Alexa. I can switch on the AC
before I arrive home. The app also notifies that I am near home and if the AC needs to be
turned on.

Only cons I could find were, the WiFi module used in the product seems to be a substandard
one. It loses connection with the router even if there is a 1 second fluctuation in internet. It
then needs to be reconnected again, most of the times. Also, the noise could have been a bit
lower, but it is not big issue.

Overall happy with the product.
