Discription
Ejjector-1,2, GSC Drain U-loop to be filled with sealing water
Hogger Air side MOV may passing
Turbine sealing pressure to be increase and check.
Keeping Both CEP in running trail to be taken.
All valves realted to condensor vacum gland leak to be checked.
hogger air and steam to be close and to be check.
Charging the rotometer of ejector and keeping the air flow through it noted before and after hogger air valve in open and
condition.
Taking both ejector simuntaneously.
Diverting more steam to ejector by closing partially the steam valve for hogger.
Air ingression to be checked
All flanges Related to Ejector-1&2 and to be checked for air ingression
Steam Traps to be checked
Ejector steam inlet pressure to be increased upto 12.5bar
LPH side stand pipes to be sealed.
Both ejector to be taken in service and hogger to be isolate.
