o Tie rod PVC holes (patching works)

o Surface prep for finishing (cleaning of concrete and removal of
stuck forms)
 Cistern tank (@ secondary domestic water tank)
o Rectification at secondary domestic water tank leaks
o Finishing of Trench (prep to receive trench grating)
 Stairs to pump room
o Leaks at stairs
 Basement parking (Slab on grade)
o Leaks and cracks
 Ground Floor (Gridlines 1-2)
o Uneven slab finish at GF entrance to basement parking.
 Genset Room (Powerhouse – separate structure)
o Floor finish must be smooth (epoxy)
o Final coat of truss paint

C. MULTI-SPECIALTY CENTER PHASE 1
 Cistern Tank leak testing and rectification
 Cafeteria (Lower Ground Floor)
o Siding and beam bottom alignment
o Column and Retaining Wall alignment
