PROPOSAL
The ICFS mainly offers Rough and Smooth concrete finishing. Starting ₱55.00 per sqm for Rough and
₱70.00 per sqm for Smooth. If the transaction includes receipt, rough finish will start at ₱60.00 and
smooth finish is ₱75.00. Column and Shear wall is ₱260.00 per cubic with receipt, while ₱250.00 if
without.

CONDITION:
SQM: The total minimum area is 500 sqm for the service to be effective, however it must be noted that
less than the required sqm would still be subjected to pay for 500 sqm.
COLUMN & SHEAR WALL: The minimum is 50 per cubic, less than the minimum will be subjected
to pay the cost for 50 per cubic on column.
