IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY RE PORT
Technique :

sections were prepared from the paraffin block, processed

in Benchmark Ultra machine
(Ventana) and stained by rabbit monoclonal
aniibodies using Ultra view HRp DAB as
chromogen and hematoxylin as counter_stain .

The sections were treated against:

- CK7
- CK2O
- CDX2
- cA19-9
- CEA
Results:
Tumor cells are STRONGLY POSITIVE for CK7.
Tumor cells are NEGATIVE for CK20.
Tumor cells are FocALLy wEAKLy posrrvE for
cDX2.
Tumor cells are NEGATIVE for CA,lg_g.
Tumor cells are FOCALLY POSITIVE for CEA.
Conclusion:
BIOCK, FINDINGS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH
METASTATIC ADENocARcINoMA oF
PANCREAT]C DUCT ORIG IN.
