- Full PFRS under Full PFRS or PFRS for SMEs
- Small entity that has been preparing FS using Full PFRS or PFRS for SMEs
PFRS for SMEs and has decided to liquidate

Exceptions: Breach of FLOOR threshold: apply options of a MICRO ENTITY
