Job  Responsible for the successful delivery of the project safely, on time
Responsibilities and within budget to the full satisfaction of the client, stakeholders
and the contractual requirements.
 Prepared regular reports and briefing papers/Executive Dash
Boards on the progress of the capital program for presentation to
stake holders. Managed risk across the capital program and
preparation of management reports to propose strategies for
possible mitigation.
 Provided coordination with internal and external stakeholders to
ensure appropriate levels of liaison to support program delivery.

detailed schedule, accident prevention and commissioning

Time requests and preparing recommendations to the Engineer.
 To manage the project control resources, to support the project
manager with progress reporting including schedule updates,
forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for
improvement
 Produce project planning and cost deliverables in accordance with
the project timetable of phased implementation from engineering /
procurement / fabrication / construction / pre – commissioning /
commissioning data
 Assemble planning and cost deliverables by early engagement with
the project team so as to support the project in a timely manner
 Coordinate activities and resources for the assigned projects and
engagements including work order creation when services are
subcontracted, raising PO, accepting invoices and ensuring
customer sign off

the scope of work and reflect in planning and cost deliverables
