This activity is intended for the whole semester.

You have to make a journal every report that we will

have in the class. So the question now, what is the content of your journal?

Below are the guide questions or guide points for you to start with your journal.

a. COGNITIV DESCRIPTION
Report the facts & the event objectively.
● What happened in the report?
● When was the report happened?
● What did you observe?
● What issue is being addressed?
● Was the issue or problem resolved?
● How did it happen?
b. ANALYZE THE EXPERIENCE
● Did you learn new information or clarify an issue in the report?
● How is your experience different from what you expected?
● What impacts the way you view the situation/experience?
● What did you learn about the people or community?
c. AFFECTIVE EXPRESSION: The range of feeling that came up during the experience.
● How did you feel about your experience on the topic of the report?
● What made you feel that way?
● Was there any point in your experience that change how you felt?
d. CONSIDER THE FUTURE IMPACT OF THE EXPERIENCE ON YOU AND THE COMMUNITY.
● What would you like to learn more about, related to the topic or the issue?
● What do you think is needed to address any challenges or difficulties?
● What information can you share with your peers or the community?

So, every end of the report I will be posting a blank sheet for you to attached your journal entry for that
day. I hope this is all clear for everybody.
