2. Introduction
In this section high level Operational messages should be defined, agreed with key stakeholders and described.
In this section, it can be helpful to articulate what the project is not so that your scope is clear to all stakeholders
throughout the project.
<Note: Stakeholder analysis Excel tool is available, to help you map stakeholders easily. You have options to use simple manual
version of Stakeholder Mapping below in this template or excel tool with integrated mapping function.
We recommend using the Excel format for Tier 1 projects, as could be more suitable and easier to use for larger scale projects. For
Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects Word template could be sufficient.>

6. Roll-out Plan
Describe the change management approach with overview of the step-wise process required to roll-out the change
impacted by project in the organization.
Phase 1:
Identify the tone of your communications and the overarching narrative. What do you want your audience(s) to think, feel
and do? Your overarching narrative explains the problem you’re trying to solve and what will change as a result of your
plan.
Phase 2:
Outline your approach in three phases – Awareness, Engagement, Transition/Adoption/Sustain
Phase 3:
Evaluation and Feedback – measure success, thank people, if you’ve surveyed a group, tell them what the outcome was as
a result of their feedback. This will improve engagement for future projects.
