Reference for the Criteria

A. Brigada Eskwela Partnership Engagement -- 40%

This pertains to the kind/impact of partnership engagement activities which may be measured in terms of the percentage (%) of the
actual number of learners/teachers/non-teaching personnel who benefitted from the activities. The actual score divided by the highest
possible score then the quotient shall be multiplied by 40%.

Means of Verification (MOVs): may include but not limited to:

Any of this: Approved Project Proposal/MOU/MOA signed by the school head and or
partner

Signed accomplishment report of the project/activity,

Attendance form who participated in the project/activity with contact number and or email
address, and other relevant document/evidence for this criterion.

Number of approved project/activity proposals should be submitted.

This shall reflect the impact of the Brigada Eskwela in terms of community participation and level of
awareness on education programs. This shall also include the response of the community in making
conducive learning spaces at homes and the partnership initiate for literacy and numeracy.

The grand total score devided by the highest possible score then the quotient shall be multiplied by 30%.
