You will note that the sum of Php 126,000 ( One hundred twenty six thousand pesos ) is due by
you. Based on your promisorry note dated August 20, 2020, you requested me that you use the
security deposit as rental payments for the months of May and June 2020. The advance
payments as stated in the contract of lease, is only applicable to the last month of lease as
stated in the contract.t in consideration of the current situation brought about the the
pandemic, consideration was given to you on the premise that your promissory note is in good
faith. I believe that the time allotted for you to settle you is more than enough, thus it is in your
best interest to settle your account with us to avoid unnecessary legal inconvenience and
additional cost should this matter be brought to a legal solution.
