I understand that I need to submit my proof income upon Official Reservation for pre-qualification on the Pag-IBIG Housing
Loan but the said documents is not yet available at this time. With this, I would like to request your approval that the above unit
be temporarily reserved.
For income derive from foreign currency, I understand that my GROSS MONTHLY INCOME (GMI) shall be recomputed base
on prevailing conversion rate at the time of filing at HDMF. If the computed GMI is not sufficient for the said loan, this may
result to payment of additional equity/co-borrower.
I am also aware of the following requirements in order that Pag-IBIG may issue an approved MSVS in connection with my
housing loan application :
1. Updated Pag-IBIG premium contribution and Multi Purpose Loan (MPL) – if any
2. 2 years Pag-IBIG membership requirements; and
I hereby certify that the foregoing information are true and that I fully understand any discrepancy between the above stated or
documents that I will submit upon Official Reservation might change the interest rate / loanable amount. Further, that I may be
charged of a fee for any recommendation brought about by the discrepancy and may entail additional documentary requirements
not discussed during sales presentation.
