    in East Asia: China (Chinese painting, paper cutting and
    calligraphy); Japan (origami, woodblock printing, theatre masks,
    face painting, an anime and manga); and Korea (theatre masks,
    drums, and k-pop). (A8EL-IIa2)

    East Asian art includes Chinese art, Japanese art and Korean art. In general a few centuries
    earlier. Chinese art, Japanese art and Korean art each had significant influence on western art,
    and vise-versa.
