Terms & Conditions

 The enrolled students must follow the following terms & conditions of MADE EASY without any exceptions, failing which strict disciplinary & legal action will be taken
including expulsion from the institute.
Payment confirmation will be done after 48 hours of the payment at respective admission Centre. For noida centre, verification will be done from Delhi Centre.
Please bring the print of the receipt, two passport size photographs and Original & Xerox identity proof for verifying your candidature & receiving MADE EASY ID Card at
the Corporate Office: 44A/1, Kalu Sarai, Near Hauz Khas Metro Station for all Delhi & NCR Study Centres.
1. Refund of fee or Replacement
In case student is not able to continue the classes due to some unavoidable reasons, MADE EASY will provide two alternatives to such candidates:
(i) Student can avail the fee refund facility within first 5 days of commencement of either batch or course. Fee will be refunded after deducting initial processing and
admission charges.
(ii) Student can replace the seat with another student within first three months of the commencement of either batch or course. The student who replaces the seat
should not be a present student of MADE EASY and will not be offered any backup classes or study material already provided to replaced student. Certain amount will be
charged as replacement fee.
Refund requests made verbally, over telephones, e-mails or by fax will not be valid or accepted.
Submit the refund or replacement application in person to the coordinator in the admission office. Only the student or parents can submit fee refund application.
Please note that, we will not accept the Fee Refund applications from any other person/relative/friend.
The policy of fee refund or seat replacement is strictly according to the above written terms and is not negotiable under any circumstances.Any refund of fee or seat VIDEO
replacement received without proper documents like ID-card (if issued), fee receipt & written application after the expiry of applicable period will not be processed or GALLERY
entertained.
The fee for postal course, test series etc is not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
2. Change of Batch/Center/Course:
The batch or centre, once allotted at the time of admission, will not be changed. Hence, students are advised to discuss batch timings and dates with our counselors
QUICK
and accordingly join suitable batches as per the convenience. Test centre for test series students will not changed.
ENQUIRY
Students enrolled under classroom courses will not be transferred or shifted to postal courses or vice versa the course opted for will not be changed to any other
different course or course variant (eg Classroom Test Series to Postal or vice versa, Online to Classroom etc.) Test series centre will not be changed.
3. General Instructions:
Students are advised to adhere to adequate discipline and sincerity within the premises of MADE EASY. If anyone is found guilty of misbehaving with MADE EASY staff or
classmates, fighting or any other illegal activity, student will be debarred from attending classes and strict legal actions will be taken against him. FORUM
MADE EASY reserves the right to make any alterations in its programs/fees/faculty/venue of classes without any prior notice to anybody. However all the changes will
be well-notified to the students. The decision of MADE EASY shall remain the final. If there is any change in the syllabus during the course of the program, the institute
will make all the possible efforts to cover the revised syllabus. However it is not mandatory binding upon the institute.
