Accessing Workplace

Note: Th is will no t work properly with Internet Explor er 7. The m inim um requirem ents is IE8 or above. I f
you are working with a Win dows XP device, you n eed to access the URL with Mozill a Firefo x ins tea d.

Internet Explorer

1) Navigate to http://workplace.hm.com and log in with your H&M credentials

2) You’ll be met by a screen containing the Microsoft Office package and Notepad. Add your
own apps by clicking on the plus sign to the left.
3) All the apps you have access to are listed in this view. Click on one of the application names
to add it to your main application drawer.
 4) The application has now been added to your application drawer. Click on it to launch it

You can also find your VDI’s and Workplace Desktops by clicking on Desktops at the bottom.
Firefox

1) Navigate to http://workplace.hm.com and you’ll met by the screen shown below.

You’re required to install the Citrix Receiver plugin in order to be able to log in. Tick the
“I agree with the Citrix license agreement” box and click on Install

2) Click on Save File and then start the installation by opening up the .exe-file. You will be
required to restart your computer so make sure that you’ve saved all your files!
3) Once the installation is complete and you’ve restarted your computer, click on Continue

4) Type in your H&M credentials and click on Log On

5) You’ll be met by a screen containing the Microsoft Office package and Notepad. Add your
own apps by clicking on the plus sign to the left.

to add it to your main application drawer.
 7) The application has now been added to your application drawer. Click on it to launch it
