• Maximum occupancy of 2 adults + 1 child (below 12 years old)

CANCELLATION

● All bookings made are non-refundable.

● All lastminute cancellations and shortened stay are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

BILLING ARRANGEMENT

All organized rooms, including authorized expenses incurred during the duration of stay will be
charged to DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM

The hotel shall require a signed copy of the contract on or before November 5, 2019. Full
payment must be settled at least 5 days prior to check-in date. We accept payment by VISA
and MASTERCARD credit cards, bank transfers and cash payment.

DAMAGES

Should there be any damages in the HOTEL property during the duration of stay, OASIS HOTEL
will apply corresponding charges any repair or replacement costs.
