About Company
Gatra Interior Solution is a business unit engaged in the manufacture of
interior designs and interior contractors (Design and Build) located in
Batam. We develop our business by maximizing our own workshops so that
we could make and produce furniture and fitout by customer’s requests,
procurement of materials, installation electrical, and so on. Projects that we
have work on include residential houses, hotels, apartments and offices,
exhibition stands and retail. Today, we have completed many projects and
we have our loyal customers to have us in their interior projects.

This phase process is all

and how their needs
affect the design.
We spend time discussing
clients’ needs, wants and
desired outcomes. This
process can be done via
table top meeting, email,
phone call, whatsapp etc
which is convenient with
our customers.
In the interior design
process, an ongoing
dialogue between the
client and the designer is
essential for refining the
project objectives and
narrowing the path to the
right solution.
This phase will also avoid
misunderstanding and
misinterpretation of every
detail of the design for
future works.
We always listen to cus-
tomer ideas and concepts
if needed for satisfaction.
Once all ideas and con-
cepts are well planned,
as a result of meeting with
customers, the design
process will take place as
a roadmap to realize our
vision for each of our
clients, in a planned,
organized and coordinat-
ed documentation of all
design elements, choices
and decisions made along
the way.
This ensures the contrac-
tor fully understands the
plans and design specifi-
cations.
And ensures the costs for
the furniture and outfits
match the customer’s
