Shinru city is brightly lit, a neon fever dream filled with invasive advertising that bores holes

through the mind. The last known remnant of human civilization takes place in decadent and
decaying citystate which could only be described as a sprawling megalopolis. Humanity has
stripped what is left of the planet bare and has been cannibalizing its own former achievements.
Now what is left remains permanently scarred from the interaction of man with what is left of
intelligent life unable to leave.
