SEQ OF OPERATION

Run Conditions - Continuous:

The system shall run with at least one chilled
water pump and one chiller opened to ensure
min flow in the system.
With the increase of the cooling demand load
the other pumps and chillers shall run
consequently.
The controller shall make 2 individual lead lag
programs one for the chillers and another for
the pumps.
The lead lag sequence shall change the order
of which chiller or pump shall lead the system
for full operation and shall be changed weekly
(adj.).
Chillers supply temperature & pressure shall
be monitored.
Runtime totalizer for chillers shall be
monitored.
Return water temperature:
CHILLED WATER WATER The controller shall measure the return water
temperature and compares it with the preset
setpoint (adj.) and in case of cooling demand
the following shall occur: AND the pump status
and the pump diff pressure switch, the BF V/V
shall open. AND the BF V/V status and the
water flow switch is on the chiller shall be
enabled. Alarms shall be provided as follows:
Pump in Hand: M/O/A Switch is on
manual,and the status is on.
Pump Failure: Pump is on and the diff
WATER pressure switch is OFF.
TREATMENT Pump is OFF: Pump is on and status is
STATION OFF.
BF V/V failure: BF V/V is on and status
is OFF.
