Associate consultant: An associate consultant is responsible for evaluating the project

requirements based on clients' specifications, ensuring that the team meets project
deliverables efficiently. Associate consultants test system applications and network
infrastructure to recommend possible modifications for optimal performance and flawless
navigation. They also identify cost-efficient business opportunities to gain more clients and
improve overall project management procedures. An associate consultant may also facilitate
training programs for the staff to maximize their productivity and hone their potential.
Information analyst: Information analysts analyze data and create reports from that data.
They monitor and test computer systems' security, design plans to protect system data from
cyber attacks, and analyze security data. They also write reports that show what the problems
are during a potential threat to the system and propose solutions to secure the data.
Information analysts earn a median sum of $76,000 annually or $36 per hour.

Information analysts design and manage information systems and conduct analysis and
generate accurate and comprehensive reports on operational data. They may also recommend
other methods and technology derived from the gathered data to maximize the efficiency of
project implementation.

Information analysts typically hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer


science, engineering, or other related fields. Although some employers may prefer to hire
candidates with a master's degree. Information analysts are required to have sound analytical
and problem-solving skills with an in-depth understanding of business procedures.
Functional consultant: A Functional Consultant is involved in the planning, design and
oversight of the contruction of a software system. A Functional Consultant accepts a
commission from a client, such as a board of directors, a government agency or a
corporation, and determines their particular software needs. They take the requirements of
the client or customer and use their understanding to analyse various methods and
solutions to build a system that meets the client’s required structure. The job is a balance
of providing technical solutions and meeting and maipulating busineses requirements.
