Appointment Letter
We are happy to appoint you as Dispatch Executive effective from 01-April 2009 on the following
terms and conditions: -
1. Place of work:
You will be based in Mumbai and for performing your duties you shall be required to travel within
City Limits and also when required outside city at the discretion of Company. You are liable for
transfer or delegation to any of our office location at the discretion of the management.
2. Remuneration
You shall receive salary as per Annexure A appended herewith.
The salary will be credited into your bank account by 7th of the following month.
4. Probation Period
a) You shall be initially on probation for a period of 3 months. After the probation period is completed,
you will be absorbed as the confirmed employee based on your performance and review. However,
the organization reserves the right to extend the probation if required.
b) During your probation, your services can be terminated without stipulating any reason with 30 days-
notice or gross salary in lieu of notice on either side.
c) You will continue to be in probation unless you receive a confirmation in writing form the respective
department.
6. Confidentiality
You shall not disclose any confidential and proprietary information to anyone who is not authorized to
obtain the same. You would be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in this regard at
the time of your joining the organization.
7. Termination of employment
During the probationary period and any extension thereof, your services may be terminated by either
side giving 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof. Thereafter, on confirmation of services, either
side will be required to give written notice of 30 days in the event of termination and resignation. In
such case, you will immediately hand over to the Firm all documents, Laptop, Sim Card, material,
client related documents, pen drive and company property in your possession.
Termination of your services by the management without notice would arise in the event of:
a) You are being found medically unfit during pre-medical test
b) Any contravention of the rules of the company.
c) Any other proven misconduct.
8. The organization reserves its right to amend the grade, designation, and salary structure offered to you
from time to time.
9. You shall comply with the rules and regulations of the organization as stipulated in the standing
orders, employee handbook, or in any other manners that are currently in force or amended in future
from time to time.
10. The appointment is offered on the understanding that the information given by you is correct/true and
complete. If found incorrect, this appointment may be withdrawn before you join service with us, or
your services may be terminated at any time after you have taken up employment with us.
11. If you are absent for a period of 5 consecutive days without sanction of leave or overstay, you shall
lose your lien on your employment. You shall be assumed to have abandoned employment voluntarily
12. You shall take excellent care of and be responsible for the work equipment, official documents, tools
and other items/materials entrusted to you.
This offer is in duplicate. Please return the duplicate copy of the appointment letter duly signed by
you in confirmation of your having accepted the terms and conditions laid down herein.
