Regarding your experience with our bicycle rental service, I acknowledge that it is one of our
most popular activities, especially during holiday seasons. However, the quantity of bicycles is
limited, and the process of checking and cleaning before handing them to other guests might
take a while. Consequently, the waiting time might exceed 30 minutes. Thanks to your
feedback, we will try to enhance this service and minimize the waiting time. On your next visit,
don’t forget to use our bicycle rental service to ride around our beautiful resort and participate in
other mesmerizing entertainment services.

Regarding your issue at the patio dining area, I also acknowledge that the restaurant you and
your family ordered from is exceptionally famous for its high-quality dishes and is busy during
the holiday season. Consequently, our ordering process caused you and your family an
unpleasant experience. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that the guests’ health is our top
priority. If you or your family member have any chronic diseases and conditions, please specify
to us during your booking or as soon as you arrive at the hotel. VinaGold View Resort proudly
possesses a crew of professional health staff who can help you and your family design a
suitable meal plan and a vacation plan for your best experience here. We are the first resort in
the area offering this service, receiving several positive reviews from guests and critics.

Pirates Bay on Black Beard Island is our resort's top destination for picnickers. Our customers
can join numerous activities and spend the entire day there. Because the number of visitors to
Pirates Bay is increasing, we offer various commutes, such as boats (every 3 hours), water taxis
(every 1 hour), and canoes (every 25 minutes), that strictly follow our transportation schedule.
