This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by:

R AND D SECURITY AGENCY, a business duly organized and existing under

and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with business address at 2 nd Floor Rm. A
MML Bldg., MacArthur Highway, Malanday, Valenzuela City herein represented by its
Licensee, RAUL M. BERMUDO, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

That for and consideration of the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY

THOUSAND PESOS (P 180,000.00) Philippine currency receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged to have been received by the VENDOR from the VENDEE, the former by
these presents hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of absolute sale unto
the said VENDEE and successors-in-interest the above described units of firearms
thereon free from any lien or encumbrances.

hereof.
