Reference to your letter # HO/GAD-MED/2021/30 followed by our letter dated 20-08-

2021 & 03-09-2021 on the subject matter. It is requested for clear direction to pay the medical
bills of Panel Hospitals. We are confused in the matter that what procedure we should follow to
pay these bills. As a bill of M/S Al Noor Diagnostic Center (Panel Hospital) amounting to
Rs.3160/- has been sent to the Head Office through Imprest Summary against voucher number
4786 dated 17-12-2020. The bill was returned by the Head Office with the direction that Panel
Hospitals bills should be claimed from Head Office instead of Petty Cash Imprest. A copy of the
said bill along with the direction is attached herewith as ready reference. After this direction we
have not sent/claimed any panel hospital bill through Imprest. Therefore, in the given situation
we are unable to understand the correct procedure to claim the bills of panel hospitals. It is
requested to further guide in this matter so that we may adopt proper procedure in future.
