Branch Manager

As a branch manager I recommend Core i5 10400 CPU and Asus TUF B460 Motherboard
with B460 chipset. 8 GB (DDR4 2800MHz) RAM is good enough to run all the programs
smoothly. 1TB of HDD is enough. No need of Solid State Drive for this computer. It’s only
run basic system and soft wears as Microsoft office word, Excel Access.

Project Manager

As a project manager need to do lot of things with his compute for an example file sharing
soft wears, communication soft wears, task listing soft wears and etc. I recommend Core i5
10400 CPU and Asus TUF B460 Motherboard with B460 chipset. 8 GB (DDR4 2800MHz)
RAM is good enough to run all the programs really well. 2 TB of HDD and 256 Solid state
drive as a system device.

Web Designer

As a web designer I recommend 16 GB (DDR4 4800MHz) of RAM. Running multiple

programs and web browsers will eat your RAM.. My recommend is AMD Ryzen 5 5600X.
No need of bigger CPU when the GPU is good. Also need a 2TB of HDD and a 512 GB
Nvme SSD drive as a boot device. And motherboard, I recommend Asus B570 for better
performance. It has the latest B570 Chipset and multiple inbuilt heat sinks to reduce the heat
of the computer system.

Web Developer

Most things are same as the web designer. I recommend 16 GB (DDR4 4800MHz) of RAM.
Running multiple programs and web browsers will eat your RAM. When executing the
codes, running multiple programs we need a least 4 cores and 8 threads. My recommend is
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X. Also need a 2TB of HDD and a 512 GB Nvme SSD drive as a boot
device. And motherboard, I recommend Asus B570 for better performance. It has the latest
B570 Chipset and multiple inbuilt heat sinks to reduce the heat of the computer system.
Ryzen is better than Intel because its technology is much better than Intel. Still Intel using
there 14nm technology and AMD Ryzen reduce it to 7nm. Intel using more power than
Ryzen processors.
QA Officer

As a QA Officer I recommend Asus B460 Motherboard with B460 Chipset technology. 8GB
of DDR 4 3200MHz Ram. And 1TB Hard disk drive. And it’s really enough to Test the
applications and report the bugs etc.

Database Admin

As a database admin I’d say 8GB Ram is absolutely minimum. Then my recommend is 16GB
of DDR4 3200MHz Ram, Asus B460 Motherboard and 512 Solid State Drive is quite enough
as a database admin. To Run SQL and etc.

Business Analyst

As a business analyst need a fast RAM to get access to data rapidly. Then my recommend is
12GB DDR4 2800MHz RAM. For Business Analyst it’s necessary to have 1TB of Hard Disk
Drive. Asus B410 Pro motherboard and Intel Core i5 10400 CPU is really enough.

Accountant

As a Accountant 8GB DDR4 2800Mhz RAM is quite enough. Intel core i5 – 10400
Processor. Asus B410 Mother Board chipset it really enough to make the all calculations
well.

Front Desk Officer

As a Front Desk Officer I recommend Intel Core i3 10100 CPU and Asus B410 chipset is do
the job done. As a boot device only need 256 GB Solid State Drive is Enough to the client
details handling.

satisfaction

Soft wears – Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft access, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.

Project Manager

They can give these tasks due dates to ensure the overall project stays on schedule. Keeping a
project on track requires specialized business rules. The software lets users define custom
rules to ensure security and compliance from all team members. They can also automate
certain actions like changing the priority of issues, assigning tasks to users. Integration with
file storage systems like Google Drive, Drobox, OneDrive, etc. This includes seamless
conversion of document types as they are transferred, direct access to the file storage system
within the user portal of the software, and file attachment capabilities. The core of this is role-
based access, which lets managers control what types of users or which individual users have
access to specific systems and networks.

Soft wears – Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft access, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.

Web Designer

Design the UI according to the user requirements. Provide the proper design guide including
all the UI for the project. Implement the UI and take responsibility for the UI Issues and
CR’s.

Hardware

A hardware component is the lowest level of design granularity in the system. Depending on the
design requirements, there may be one or more components per system. This section should
provide enough detailed information about individual component requirements to correctly build
and/or procure all the hardware for the system.
If there are many components or if the component documentation is extensive, place it in an
appendix or reference a separate document. Add additional diagrams and information, if
necessary, to describe each component and its functions, adequately. Industry-standard
component specification practices should be followed. For COTS procurements, if a specific
vendor has been identified, include appropriate item names. Include the following information in
the detailed component designs (as applicable):
• Power input requirements for each component
• Signal impedances and logic states
• Connector specifications (serial/parallel, 11-pin, male/female, etc.)
• Memory and/or storage space requirements
• Processor requirements (speed and functionality)
• Graphical representation depicting the number of hardware items (for example, monitors,
printers, servers, I/O devices), and the relative positioning of the components to each other
• Cable type(s) and length(s)
• User interfaces (buttons, toggle switches, etc.)
• Hard drive/floppy drive/CD-ROM requirements
• Monitor resolution

System Software

In this section, describe the overall system software and organization. Include a list of
software modules (this could include functions, subroutines, or classes), computer languages,
and programming computer-aided software engineering tools (with a brief description of the
function of each item). Use structured organization diagrams/object-oriented diagrams that
show the various segmentation levels down to the lowest level. All features on the diagrams
should have reference numbers and names. Include a narrative that expands on and enhances
the understanding of the functional breakdown. If appropriate, use subsections to address
each module.
