ADULT MATERIAL CONSENT AND WAIVER FOR CONTINGENT WORKERS

As a contingent worker on assignment at Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”), you may on occasion

come into contact with potentially offensive material during the course of the performance of your
assignment. For example, in performing your assignment, you may see materials, postings, or
other content on Facebook’s website or in its offices that contain adult content, off-color language,
or may in some other way be offensive. The purpose of this Adult Material Consent and Waiver
(“Consent and Waiver”) is to ensure that you are aware that your assignment may require you to
be exposed to such potentially offensive material, and to ensure that your agreement to work as a
contingent worker at Facebook is voluntary and that you will bring to your Employer’s attention
any conduct or material that is offensive to you or causes you concern or distress. Please read
this Consent and Waiver carefully.

There may be materials, postings, or other content on Facebook’s websites, in its offices, or that
you otherwise are exposed to in the course of your assignment at Facebook that may be
offensive to some people, including but not limited to pornographic images, pornographic writings,
offensive language, or other offensive or controversial material. If you elect to work at Facebook
as a contingent worker, you may be exposed to this material in the course of performing your
assignment, either by viewing it in person or on the website, by discussions, by written
communications among Facebook employees and/or contingent workers, or otherwise.

If this or other material would be offensive to you in the course of performing your assignment,
you agree to communicate this immediately, prior to signing this Consent and Waiver, to your
Employer so that appropriate action can be taken, if possible. You further agree that if at any
time during your assignment at Facebook you feel that you do not wish to continue being placed
in a position that exposes you to potentially offensive material, you will inform your Employer.

This Consent and Waiver only applies to potentially offensive material that you may be exposed
to in the course of performing your assignment as a contingent worker at Facebook. This
Consent and Waiver is not intended to in any way alter or detract from Facebook’s policy/ies
applicable to the jurisdiction where you are on assignment prohibiting unlawful harassment
(“Harassment Policy”). The Harassment Policy remains in effect at all times, and any contingent
worker who engages in harassment or offensive conduct that violates applicable law and/or the
Harassment Policy will be subject to termination of his or her assignment at Facebook.

I agree that I am fully informed that during the course of my assignment as a contingent
worker at Facebook, I may come into contact with offensive material, as discussed above.
I will promptly notify my Employer if I feel that I do not wish to continue being placed in a
position that exposes me to potentially offensive material and understand that nothing in
this agreement limits the protections or obligations under the Harassment Policy. I
understand that Facebook and/or my Employer may not be able to limit my exposure to
offensive material to the extent that such exposure is required by my assignment.
