Dear Melinda,

We received your email and are sorry for the inconvenience you faced. We always served
our customers the finest product and never received any complaint regard roller-coster rust.

We believe in good service to maintain a relationship with the customer. We received your
complaining about the roller coaster mentioning rust over it. We went through the history
and find this product bought by you four months before. As our organization policy, it
prevents us to replace or refund any product which is bought before more than one month.
We replace any product or fund if we get any complaints from customers. Sometimes
placing ruler coster any dump or dull environment lead to occur rust into a roller coaster
.
As you are potential customers and we never settle less than our customer satisfaction we
can fix the roller coaster by charging 10 dollars as a repair charge. Our delivery man will pick
the roller coaster from you and after fixing it, it will be delivered to you within 24 hours.

Dear Melinda,

We received your email and are sorry for the inconvenience you faced. We always believe to
give the finest customer satisfaction. The accident held with you on 22 November 2021 is
very shocking and we ask apology as we can not deliver the message to you the right way.

As it was a weekend day and all the employees were office goers we face problem
sometimes to manage the cafe. To maintain a good environment and a healthy place to give
customers a suitable place to read we set some rules for readers that one can not more
than two books. It was mentioned and printed on the wall for customer guidelines. All steps
are taken to make the journey of customers convenient and comfortable. Unfortunately,
you may not go through the instructions. I believe if you knew it the circumstance that
happened to you might not happen.

I know the situation arises you get hurt and the proposal you make is very logical. But I
believe after going through the reason you will change your mind. And we will be glad to
know that we are offering the next 2 weakened free coffee from us for you.
