Check that there is no clearance at Z area when the clutch is in the "FREE" position, 10)Atter the adjustments in step 9) are complete, wind the rope the maximum allowable number of tums and raise the boom to the maximum angle, then ‘check that the hook can descend quickly. 11)Hang a load equivalent to N times (N: number of turns of rope) the maximum allowable load Per rope and check to ensure that no slip oc curs between the brake band and drum when the winch operation lever is set to the neutral Position. CAUTION yeThe maximum allowable load per rope is shown in the "Rated Lifting Capacity” label. Never hang a load higher than the rated lifting capacity. 12)Atter adjusting the brake band, attach the label so that the right-hand edge of the marker comes above the black section. [eag, 2 fed section > ‘Blue ater 4, Clutch oylinder bleeding procedure 1) Rotate the drum until the bleeder screw is locat ed at the top. 2) With the winch operation lever in the neutral po: sition, set the clutch lever to *ON" and open the bleeder screw to bleed the clutch 5. Winch clutch adjusting procedure 1) Set the drum lock lever to the lock position and the cluteh lever to "FREE" 2) Turn the adjusting nut on the wheel cylinder in the arrow direction to expand the clutch shoes until they come in contact with the drum. Then, turn back the adjusting nut to back off the shoes until the clearance between the drum and shoes is adjusted to 0.2 ~ 0.4 mm, [Reference] Back off through 4 notches adjusts the clear- ance to about 0.26 mm, 6. Checking accumulator nitrogen (N2) gas 1) Set the drum lock lever to the lock position. 2) With the engine stopped, watch the pressure ‘gauge while moving the clutch lever between "ON’ and "FREE" repeatedly. First, the pres- sure gauge reading will drop gradually, and then, from a certain pressure level, it will start to drop rapidly. The pressure from which the read- ing started to drop rapidly is the Ne gas initial pressure in the accumulator. Adjust bolt © so that lever @ begins to move 2) Also bleed the control eylinder in the same when the contol eyinder piston has moved 1 ~ 3 manner as mentioned instep 1) mim from the inner stroke end Then, adjust the length of rod ® until the control lever comes in contact with the idling set bolt of the governor, © Nissan carrier Bot © Blooder cock bott, OE - ARE © Uo 2 Tee RY FeO ) BENE 17 ote MMOD 7 — Med BE 1) 72 eee WINE O & 55 *$ CA THECEIIO5 wa ) KBE Ty a0 y FTMBLTH h@CO 1) 7 IRMA WEARA TOMBS 9 AU NE 29 Bo WHOFI-4299 8BA, Toe Mey We KFUNCAD Y 2 BBS q EU THAUT BA 4 NCR Ma (unEtCO Zoe : WR DML, Meson CretueA 4 wal cap eyes bran (279 2403, eae ALK@ (eer) 2) ORs IT HoT. Then, depress the accelerator Pedal slowly to adjust bolt © so that it comes in contact with lever @) simultaneously when the con- trol lever of the governor touches the maximum speed set bolt. Then, check to ensure that the pump is running at the specified maximum speed when the accelerator pedal is fully depressed.
