Topic 1:

Describe a company you would like to work for.

Hello teacher and everyone to day i am going to talk about a company that i want
to work for.
First, I going to inform everyone about the company, when it was created, when
did it venture in VN and it products.
Second I going to talk about the reasons why i want to join that company.

In the future, when i have completed all of my study, would like to be a part of a
F&B company, a company that specialised in making foods and drinks,
particularly, Nestle.
Nestle, which is a international company, to the best of my recollection, It was
founded by Henri Nestle in 1866.

The company first location in VN is in 1912, A business office in HCM city. And
now in 2021, it has opened 4 factories, 2 office in HCM and Hà Nội.

It produces milks, chocolate and fast food item, such as, chocolate protein bars,
baby milks, powder milks and many more. It products can be seen in every
convinient store, which tells us that it is a well organize company.

The reasons why I want to work there is because it is one of the place that is rank
high for having the best working enviroment, furthermore, due to it being present
in the F&B field for a long period of time, I think the employees there have
accumulate lots of experience that normal places will never have, thus, it is the best
establishment, in my perspective, to expand my knowledge and gain useful insight
along the way. The down side is that, you have to work really hard to be recognize
as a individual, because all those who can enter this enterprise it no joke, they
either have to have a phenomenal CV or have won the Nestle own progarm called
Future Management Trainee. the salary it as equal to the smaller ones give as well,
about 7 million VND for entry lever job, despite, Nestle have more workload then
smaller ones. However as person who just graduated uni, they are like a blank
sheet, therefore, the benefits the Nestle bring a overweight the drawback.

Topic 2:
Make a presentation about your favourite brand.

Hello Ms. Duyên and everyone today i am going to talk about one of my favorite
brand which is called wall’s.
I going to devide the topic into 2 parts, first i’m gonna talk about wall’s origin,
then i will go into the reasons why i am a loyal fan of Wall’s ice cream.

Wall’s was founded in 1786 by Richard Wall, who started his carrier as a sausage
maker in the UK, he had an idea of making ice cream when he saw that there was
no treats to cool of the summer, however world war I happened, so he had to put an
end to it, luckily I didn’t give up so therefore wall’s ice cream was innvented. After
100 years, It still remain as one of the most popular ice cream brand in the world,
appeared in convinient stores of 100 plus countries, bring the sweetness and
creamy to make people smile one at a time.

Myself being a chocolate and ice cream enthusias, Wall’s having all of the
elements instandly making it my top brand because it main focus products are
chocolate ice cream variants, such as, vanila chocolate ice cream, mint choco bites
and many more that’s why every i enter a store i always look for Wall’s ice cream
first. Furthermore, althought being just an dessert brand, it aslo give back to the
community as well, for example,Wall’s colaborate with  ME to WE, a social
enterprise that enables people to do good through their everyday choices to start a
campaign to reinforce its support for global vanilla farmers and young people in
farming communities in Madagascar. And a company only do these kind of things
when they have accumulate profit up to a certain point, where they main focus shift
from making money to build their brand image.

Topic 3:
Desrcibe your future job.

Hello Ms.Duyên and everyone, Today I am going to tell you guys about what I
want my future job to be is.
Before enrolling into UEH International Bussiness major, I have research what
jobs I can take on with this degree, I have set my goat, is that after graduating from
university i am going to work as a logistic staff.
A logistic staff  involved throughout the shipping cycle ensuring end-to-end
delivery of goods. A person who job involve working in the area of shipping and
performing receiving functions, or they may be involved in providing support to
the logistics manager in all aspects of warehouse operations. making certain that all
out-going and incoming shipments are undamaged and accurate,  also be
responsible for documentations, including preparing paper works for outbound
shipments, and reviewing shipment documents such as BOL, invoices, and packing
lists, as well as maintaining inventory of shipping supplies.
The Requirement to be able to took up this positions, i think, first an formost, you
have to have a good understand of the English language, due to the fact that you
have to interact with people all around the world who is delivering their goods to
you and you have to communicate with them to make sure there isn’t any stuff
missing or miss lead information between the both parties, furthermore, Stress
management, working with shippment and making sure that everything are there is
tiresome, if you don’t know have to reduce your anxiety level than you are not
suitable for these kind of work.
I planning on Starting my internship journey to gain exprience in my second year
of uni and getting a Good Degree when I get of out university, so that i meet all of
the requirements to make myself appeal to recuiters, also to expain my knowledge
on the job as well, cause who knows maybe when i start the internship I reliase this
is just isn’t for me.
